I am an individual service provider operating from León, Guanajuato, México. These terms are governed by applicable US law. 1. Who I am and what I offer
I am OneExample.com. I help small businesses and entrepreneurs build a professional digital presence: free diagnostics, web pages and websites, Google and Maps visibility, and AI-optimized content (AEO/GEO/AIO). I work in the first person, with my AI team, as a single voice.
2. Diagnostic and proposal
The initial diagnostic is free and carries no obligation. Before any payment, you receive a clear written proposal covering scope, deliverables, price, and timeline. Work begins once you confirm the proposal and, where applicable, submit the agreed deposit.
3. Pricing and payments
I display prices in your local currency and charge exactly that amount: what you see is what you pay, with no surprise conversions. Card payments are processed securely through PayPal. I never store your card details. Prices may or may not include applicable taxes, which will be clearly indicated before checkout.
4. Delivery timelines
As a general reference: a web page is delivered in approximately 5 business days, and a website in approximately 10 business days, always subject to your having content (copy, photos, access credentials) ready to go. If content delivery is delayed on your end, the timeline adjusts accordingly. Any specific deadline is confirmed in the proposal.
5. Your responsibilities
To meet agreed deadlines, I need you to provide accurate information and the required content, and to confirm that you hold all rights to the text, images, logos, and other materials you submit. You are responsible for the content you publish through the services.
6. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you own the usage rights to the website or materials delivered for your project. I retain the right to reuse generic components, base code, and techniques in other projects, and to display the work in my portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing.
7. Warranties and liability
I bring my best skill and experience to every project, but I cannot guarantee outcomes that depend on third parties: for example, exact Google rankings, platform algorithm decisions, or AI model behavior. To the extent permitted by law, my liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived.
8. Cancellations and right of withdrawal
Your right to cancel or withdraw depends on the law of your country. See the panel below for location-specific details. For digital services already started with your explicit consent, that right may be limited under applicable law.
